Lee Sharpe makes a striking impression at Freedom launch

Former Manchester United player and celebrity TV star Lee Sharpe certainly made a striking impression when he visited us at Cross Street in Manchester city centre on Wednesday (9 March) to help celebrate the opening of our latest clinic.

Having performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony he chatted to the invited guests prior to receiving a sports massage from experienced therapist Chelsea Clegg.

A familiar face to the group, Freedom Back Clinics already have strong links with Lee having previously administered treatment to help him both prepare and recover from strenuous charitable events. To ensure he stays in top condition for future participation, the clinic is offering the celebrity on-going massage therapy.

Lee believes the new state-of-the-art clinic will prove very popular with those living and working around Manchester.

"I have received treatment from Freedom Back Clinics on a number of occasions and I have always been very happy with the results.

"The concept of having a conveniently located clinic which is open from early morning to late evening is excellent. Many of the people I talked to at the event told me that in the past they have put off seeing someone about a twinge or a niggle as it was too much hassle to go and see someone in normal working hours, so it goes to show the demand is there. I'm sure it will prove a great success - they have my backing!"

The Manchester clinic is only the third of a planned 40 clinics that will be opening across the UK.
