It's proving to be a busy summer for Freedom, with a whole host of new practitioners joining our clinic teams in order to offer you an even greater range of professional treatment and services.

New to Canary Wharf is acupuncturist Clair Astin, osteopath Rishi Meetaroo, and sports massage therapist Tina Patel. Manchester has also added to their team with the appointment of massage therapist Mathew Hirst. 

Acupuncturist Clair Astin graduated in 2009 from Westminster University in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Having previously spent the last 10 to 15 years working as an art director in various London advertising agencies she has a good understanding of stress at work, late nights, tight deadlines and client lunches. The top 5 main symptoms Clair treats are insomnia, IBS, stress, headaches, and anxiety. Clair is also qualified in cosmetic acupuncture.

Rishi Meetaroo graduated from the British School of Osteopathy, London with a bachelor of Osteopathy degree with honours.  He is also fully qualified in medical acupuncture, diagnostic ultrasound and is an Ergonomics consultant. Rishi' s special interests include: complicated spinal conditions (pre and post surgical), spinal conditions (acute and chronic), headaches, frozen shoulder syndrome and Ergonomics.

Tina Patel a busy mum of two who graduated in holistic massage in November 2009 and sports massage in September 2010. She then went on to launch her own business and since then has worked on clients ranging from runners, netball players even staff in her local supermarket!

Matthew Hirst is accredited with several qualifications from Premier Fitness and Active IQ, including  a Certificate in Sports Massage and a Fitness Trainer Award. Previously Matthew worked for ten years with the British Royal Navy and Marines, where he developed a high level of awareness for fitness training and rehabilitation.
